The Global Family Rescue 3 Year Family Sponsorship program was designed by an African for Africans. The goal of our program is to give families the ability to support themselves at the end of the 3 years. Families are important to us because they are important to the cultures we work in. In order to help children, we help families; orphan, widowed, or disabled. We assist families that have been devastated by war, AIDS or other unfortunate circumstances. Families available for sponsorship are chosen by the communities we work in. The GFR program relieves the stress on these communities by assisting the poorest in the village that depend on their neighbors for food and shelter thereby improving the lives of all the people. In addition, we also do community projects like water wells, seed bed and agricultural education and farming projects.
Sponsorship for a family costs $64.00 a month. This will help the family to have food, improved shelter, household items, medical care, education for children, agricultural assistance, and the ability to become self-sufficient in 3 years. Please consider helping a family in desperate need today. Contact us at sponsorship@globalfamilyrescue or donate $64 today (or $791 for a full year) to start your sponsorship. A family will be assigned to you immediately. As a sponsor, you are kept up to date frequently, and can develop a personal relationship with your sponsored family through GFR. You will receive two letters per year and should you decide to send a gift to your family (i.e. livestock, mosquito nets, etc) the gift and family will be photographed and the pictures delivered to you within 2 months.
Isn’t it time you started transforming the world? Join the family of Global Family Rescue and help a family learn to take care of themselves!
